Terms of Use
End User License Agreement (EULA) · Last updated: 7 October 2026
In plain words. Lolo Cards is a card game of questions, made for talking to the people you are with. Access is sold through the App Store as an auto-renewing subscription - it renews until you cancel, and you cancel it in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. There is no one-off purchase. The cards are an invitation to a conversation, not instructions: what you choose to ask, answer, or do is up to you. Everything below spells this out properly.
1. This agreement is with us, not with Apple
Lolo Cards (the "App") is published under the trading name WHITE APPS ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms of Use, which form a binding agreement between you and us.
This agreement is concluded between you and us alone, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. Age
The App is rated 13+. Buying anything inside it requires an Apple ID, and Apple requires you to be 13 or older - or the minimum age where you live - to have one. If you are under 18, use the App with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or share the App or its content; copy, extract, scrape, or republish the cards, questions, illustrations, or artwork inside it; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law; or use it or its card bank to build a competing product.
4. What you are buying
You are buying access to the content of the App: all of its question cards, all of its mini-games, the smart session, and the ability to record voice answers. There is no free tier and no partial unlock - a purchase opens everything the App has. The question of the day in the home screen widget is free.
You are not buying a physical product, a service delivered by us, or any promise that particular cards will remain in the App forever. We add, edit, and occasionally remove cards as the App is updated.
5. Subscriptions
- Price and duration are shown inside the App on the purchase screen before you pay, and the subscription then renews for that same period until you cancel. Which period is offered can change, and the price varies by country and changes over time, so we do not restate either here; there is no one-off purchase. Whatever is on the screen when you tap to buy is what you will be charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. Where a trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription while the trial is still running.
- Cancelling. You manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. We cannot cancel a subscription for you. Deleting the App does not cancel it.
- Restore. If you reinstall the App or change device, use "Restore Purchases" on the purchase screen.
6. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us. We cannot issue, approve, or refuse a refund; we do not process the payment and we do not hold the money. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went genuinely wrong on our side, write to us and we will help where we can.
7. What the App is - and what it is not
Lolo Cards is entertainment. Its cards are conversation starters: questions and small games written to give a group or a couple something to talk about.
They are an invitation to a conversation, not an instruction. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or relationship advice, and they are not a substitute for professional help. No card obliges anyone to answer, and no answer is owed to anyone.
How people use the questions is their own decision and their own responsibility. Use common sense, respect the people you are playing with, skip anything that does not suit the room, and stop if anyone is uncomfortable. We are not responsible for what is said, revealed, or done as a result of a card being drawn.
8. Your recordings are yours
The voice answers you record inside the App belong to you. We claim no rights over them, and we never receive them: they are stored on your device and are only ever shared if you export them yourself. What happens after you export one is outside our control - see the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to harass, humiliate, coerce, or pressure anyone. Nothing in the App is a reason for another person to answer a question or do something they do not want to do. Do not use the App in any way that breaks the law where you are, and do not interfere with its normal operation or security.
10. Our content
All content in the App - the questions, the card texts, the illustrations and characters, the icons, the name and the logo - belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use the App does not transfer any ownership of it.
11. Third-party terms
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the terms of your mobile network operator.
12. Maintenance and support
We, not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Contact us at support@white-apps.online.
13. Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including the loss of recordings stored on your device. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
15. Claims about the App
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
16. Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
17. Ending this agreement
This agreement is effective until terminated by you or by us. Your rights under it end automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App - remembering that this does not cancel an active subscription, which must be cancelled through your Apple ID settings, and that it permanently deletes the recordings stored on that phone.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App changes. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the updated terms.
19. Apple as third-party beneficiary
You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and that upon your acceptance of these terms Apple will have the right - and will be deemed to have accepted the right - to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary of them.
