Support
A real person reads every message.
Write to support@white-apps.online and you will get an answer within a few business days. Telling us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings makes the answer faster and more useful.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select Lolo Cards and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise it renews for another period. If you are on a free trial, the same 24-hour rule applies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid, but the app is still locked
Tap Restore on the purchase screen or Restore Purchases in the app's Settings. This asks the App Store to re-check your purchases and usually fixes it within seconds. Two things to verify first: you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with, and the device has a working internet connection.
If it is still locked after that, write to us and mention the Apple ID region you purchased from - we will look into it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple turns you down and you believe something went genuinely wrong on our side, tell us what happened and we will help where we can.
Where are my voice answers stored?
On your iPhone, inside the app, and nowhere else. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone, they are not transcribed, and we never receive a copy. The full explanation is in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete a recording?
Tap the microphone on a card that already has an answer and choose to record again. The new recording takes the place of the old one as soon as it is finished - the old file is kept until then, so an interrupted recording does not leave you with nothing. Recording over an answer is currently the only way to remove a single one.
To remove all of them at once, delete the app: the recordings go with it and there is no copy anywhere else to restore.
The app is not asking for the microphone / recording does not work
If you refused the microphone permission once, iOS will not ask again - the system asks only that one time. Open Settings → Lolo Cards on your iPhone and switch Microphone on. The app offers to take you there itself when you tap the microphone on a card. Everything else works without it - you just cannot record an answer.
How do I get my recordings off the phone?
Open My answers. There is an export button next to each recording and one for the whole section. Export opens the standard iOS share sheet, and you choose where the file goes - Files, Messages, Mail, AirDrop.
A single answer comes out as a sound file named after the question. Exporting everything gives you a zip of those files plus a plain text list of what is inside: the question, the deck, the date and the length of each one. So the recordings still make sense a year later.
I changed my phone. Do I lose my answers?
If you restored the new phone from an iCloud backup, and Include recordings in backup was on, your recordings and progress come across with it. If you started the new phone fresh, or had that switch off, they do not - they lived only on the old device. Either way, export anything you would hate to lose before you hand the old phone on.
Your purchase is separate: it follows your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases to unlock the app again.
I do not want my recordings in my iCloud backup
Open the app's Settings and switch off Include recordings in backup. It applies to what you have already recorded as well as to new answers. They stay on the phone and work exactly as before - they simply will not travel to a new device.
How do I add the Question of the day widget?
The widget comes with version 1.1. Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap + or Edit → Add Widget, find Lolo Cards, pick the small or the medium size and tap Add Widget. Tap the widget to open that question in the app.
The widget shows the same question as yesterday
The question changes at midnight. Each time you open Lolo Cards, the app lines up the widget's questions for about a week ahead. If the app has not been opened for longer than that, the widget keeps showing the last question - open Lolo Cards once and it catches up.
Something in the app is broken or wrong
Please tell us. Bug reports with a screenshot and the name of the screen are the fastest way to get something fixed, and this app is small enough that fixes ship quickly. The same goes for a card whose wording is off, unclear, or badly translated - send us the question and we will rewrite it.
